The Company has attempted to contact each shareholder at their last known address and through all other means reasonably available to it.

The untraceable shareholders are:

4. Archibald Gourlay

5. Maurice Dunsterville Graham

6. Donald Graham

7. McGregor Robertson

8. James McGreggor

9. Archibald Logan

10. Harold Hastie

Any person claiming an interest in the shares held by any of the above named shareholders is requested to contact the Company at the address stated above within 30 days of the date of this notice, providing satisfactory evidence of their entitlement.

If no valid claim is received within that period, the Company may proceed to deal with the shares in accordance with its Articles of Association and applicable law.
