Notice is hereby given that on 18 May 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by (FIRST) EULER HERMES SERVICES UK LTD, 1 Canada Square, London, E14 5DZ; and (SECOND) EULER HERMES UK, 1 Canada Square, London, E14 5DZ, craving the Court inter alia that FISH MERCHANTS CREDIT MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC169155) and having its Registered Office at 44 Hopeman Drive, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB41 8AS (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 18 May 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
