NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 18 June 2026 at 11.30am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator and whether to establish a Liquidation Committee by way of a virtual meeting.
