NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company was held on 2 June 2026 at which a Special Resolution was passed that the Company be subject to a creditors’ winding up. At a duly convened meeting of the creditors called under Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 James Richard Pirie and Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Advisors Limited, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors under Article 161 thereof.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before the 19 July 2026 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date.
