Kirstie Jane Provan (IP Number: 009681) and Mark Robert Fry (IP Number: 008588), both of BTG Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Level 33, One Canada Square, London, E14 5AB were appointed as Joint Administrators on 1 October 2025.
The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company from the Prescribed Part pursuant to Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986, in the sum of c.£16,000, within two months from the last date for proving, which is 3 June 2026. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.
The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before 3 July 2026 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below.
In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a small debt not exceeding £1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Joint Administrators.
If a small debt creditor believes that there is a discrepancy with the amount they are owed, the creditor will be required to submit a proof of debt form by no later than the last date for proving in order to participate in the dividend.
