NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 178(1) of the Act, that on 29 May 2026, Elaine Hanrahan and Brian Robert Simpson of BTG Consulting (BVI) Limited, 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company by qualifying resolution passed by the member of the Company, in accordance with Section 159(2) of the Act.

Pursuant to Section 179 (1) of the Act, a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at BTG Consulting (BVI) Limited, 2nd Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Wickhams Road Town, British Virgin Islands on Friday, 19 June 2026 at 11am British Virgin Islands local time for the purposes provided for in Sections 179 (3) and (4) of the Act. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an update to creditors and to determine whether a committee of creditors should be appointed.

Any creditor wishing to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Creditors should lodge particulars of their claims for voting purposes together with their completed proxy form, if voting by proxy, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting, being 18 June 2026 using the contact details below. The requisite majority required for the passing of a resolution at a creditors meeting is persons representing in excess of 50% in value of the claims of those creditors present in person or by proxy and who vote on the resolution.
