Notice is hereby given that a petition (by way of claim form) for the winding up of the Company by the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man pursuant to s.162(5) of the Companies Act 1931 was on 30 April 2026 presented to the Court by HSBC Bank Middle East Limited of HSBC Tower, Downtown Dubai, P.O. Box 66, Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Building, Sheikh Zayed Street, Head Office, P.O. Box 939, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Commercial Bank of Dubai PSC of P.O. Box 2668, Dubai, UAE, Dubai Islamic Bank PSJC of P.O. Box 1080 Deira, Dubai, UAE, Emirates Islamic Bank PJSC of P.O. Box 6564, Dubai, UAE, and Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C.) of The Gate Building, West Wing, Level 12, P.O. Box 506710, DIFC, Dubai, UAE (the “Claimants”). The Court has directed that a preliminary issue is to be heard at a hearing before the Court sitting at Douglas at 10 am on 21 July 2026, and the winding up petition is to be heard before the Court sitting at Douglas at 10am on 19 and 20 August 2026. Any creditor or contributory of the Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition and/or make submissions in relation to the preliminary issue may apply to the Court for leave to appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose, and a copy of the claim form will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
