A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at PO Box 4385, 12243720 - Companies House Default Address, Cardiff, CF14 8LH, presented on 13 May 2026, by MIDAC S.P.A. of Via A.Volta, 2-Z.I, 37038 Soave (Verona), Italia, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 23 June 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 22 June 2026.
