Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that the Company was placed into creditors` voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Stuart Kelly and Claire Harsley of SPK Financial Solutions Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Prescot, Liverpool, L35 1SF were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 9 June 2026.

Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 10th August 2026 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at SPK Financial Solutions Ltd, 7 Smithford Walk, Prescot, Liverpool, L35 1SF.
