LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW
NOTICE OF VARIATION
INCREASED PARKING PERMIT CHARGES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Harrow, in exercise of its powers under sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, intends to vary the charges for Off-Street Parking Places and On-Street Payment Parking Places as shown in the Schedule to this Notice. These changes will come into effect on 1st July 2026. Please note that this is a change to parking charges only, there are no changes to the terms and conditions of the parking places in the Schedule below.
