Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that GPMS (Executives General Partner) LLP has transferred its entire interest in Patria Actrax LP (formerly known as Patria GPMS 2026 A LP), a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL037984 (the “Partnership”), to GPMS (General Partner Actrax) LLP. As a result, GPMS (General Partner Actrax) LLP has been admitted as the general partner of the Partnership and GPMS (Executives General Partner) LLP has ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership.
