NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors(s) of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 24 June 2026 at 11:15am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include resolutions regarding the costs for preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting, and to consider the terms upon which the Joint Liquidators are remunerated.
