Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005777 has been dissolved with effect from 30 April 2026 and that the general partner, GPMS (General Partner NASP 2006) Limited, ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership.
