Notice is hereby given that on 28th July 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Lanark craving the Court inter alia that PINT OF LANARK LTD, with its Registered Office at The Clydesdale Inn, 15 Bloomgate, Lanark, Lanarkshire, ML11 9ET be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lanark by interlocutor dated 28th July 2026 ordained the said PINT OF LANARK LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 24 Hope Street, Lanark within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
