A Petition to wind up the above-named company, NewTech Finance Ltd (09764186), of The Old Workshop, 1 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PA, The Old Workshop, 1 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PA (where service of the Petition was effected), whose nature of business is Other business support service activities not elsewhere classified (SIC 82990), presented on Monday 13 July 2026, at 10:30, by MENARA FINTECH SERVICES LTD, of 205 Lavender Hill, London SW11 5TB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 09 September 2026, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
