NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Block Transfer of insolvency cases dated 26 June 2026 on the application of Victoria Ann Hatton (IP No. 28170) of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL, it was ordered as follows:
Jane Steer (IP No. 27130) of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL (the "Outgoing Office Holder") be removed from office as administrator/liquidator, as applicable, of the companies listed in the Schedule of Removals and Appointments below, to take effect on the 30 June 2026.
Insofar as the Outgoing Office-Holder is to be replaced as office-holder of any company listed in the Schedule of Removals and Appointments below by the respective Applicant (Incoming Office-Holder), such replacements take effect on 30 June 2026, being the date of the Incoming Office-Holders` appointment.
