Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 03/11/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 31/07/2026, I, Tracy May, Flat 41 Penton House 58 Longships Way Reading RG2 0GP, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tracy May Gaudreau and assumed the name of Tracy May.
