Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/05/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 31/07/2026, I, Gemma Mildred Chambers, 46 Woodcock Road WARMINSTER BA12 9DQ, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Gemma Isabelle Summers and assumed the name of Gemma Mildred Chambers.
