Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/11/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/07/2026, I, Samuel David Boulton, 4 Gilfach Wen Menai Bridge LL59 5QN, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Samuel David Boulton-Owen and assumed the name of Samuel David Boulton.
