A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at 24 London Road, Datchet, Slough, England, SL3 9JN, presented on 30th July 2026, by TD Synnex UK Limited of Maplewood Crockford Lane, Chineham Park, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 8YB, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 8th September 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
