NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Articles 79 & 80 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the Final meetings of the Members of each of the above-named Companies will be held at 5.00pm on Tuesday 29 September 2026 at the offices of S&W Partners LLP, Restructuring Department, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG and virtually via Microsoft Teams, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of.

The following resolutions will be considered at the members’ meeting:

1. That the Joint Liquidators final report and receipts and payments account be approved;

2. That the Joint Liquidators receives their release; and

3. That the books and records of the Company be destroyed by the Joint Liquidators 1 year after their release.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member of the Company. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at S&W Partners LLP via email to emma.murphy@swgroup.com by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the date of the meeting.
