Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you on 16 February 2026 by LDF FINANCE NO.3 LIMITEDC/O Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors, Olympic House, Smithy Brook Road, Wigan, WN3 6PR (Ref: M0022235).

Pursuant to the Order of District Judge Lees dated 4 August 2026, the Petitioner is required to bring the Petition to the Debtor's attention by (i) posting a copy of the sealed Petition and sealed Order by first-class post to 6 Cherry Drive, Brockhall Village, Old Langho, Blackburn, Lancashire BB6 8HJ, (ii) placing a copy of those documents through the letterbox at that address, and (iii) advertising the Petition in the Lancashire Telegraph.

Additionally, a copy of the Sealed Petition and Sealed Order are to be published in the London Gazette, alongside the date of presentation of the Petition and the place and time of the adjourned hearing of the Petition and this shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition on the Debtor on the 7th day after publication.

The further hearing of the Petition is adjourned to 12 October 2026 at 10:30 am at the County Court at Burnley, Hammerton Street, Burnley, BB11 1XD.

Important: If you do not attend the hearing of the Bankruptcy Petition the Court may make such Order as it thinks fit against you in your absence. The Bankruptcy Petition can be inspected by you on application at the County Court at Burnley, Hammerton Street, Burnley, BB11 1XD.
