Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 13 August 2026, Laura Anne Walshe (IP number 26250) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below, with effect from 1 September 2026, and that Gary James Birchall (IP number 9725) of Keywood Group Ltd, Gill House, 140 Holyhead Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B21 0AF (telephone 0121 201 0399) was appointed as Office Holder in her place as regards to the appointments scheduled.

A creditor of each Creditors Voluntary Liquidation can apply to vary or discharge this Order within 28 days of receipt of the notice appearing in the London Gazette.
