At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Grosvenor House, 11 St Pauls Square, Birmingham, B3 1RB on 4 September 2026, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 4 September 2026 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Sandra Fender as liquidator.
