Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 05/10/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17/08/2026, I, KYLIE JANE ANNE ALICIA GUNN COSGROVE, 14 Bishop Road Wallasey CH44 4EJ, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of JANE KYLIE ANNE ALICIA EDWARDS GUNN and assumed the name of KYLIE JANE ANNE ALICIA GUNN COSGROVE.
