Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23/05/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20/08/2026, I, JACQUELINE TURNER, 15 Oak Avenue Radley Abingdon OX14 2LA, Widowed, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of JACQUELINE NUTT and assumed the name of JACQUELINE TURNER.
