Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10/06/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19/08/2026, I, KATY JANE ALEXANDER, 5 Wells Mount Guiseley Leeds LS20 9AR, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of KATY JANE WOODGER and assumed the name of KATY JANE ALEXANDER.
