Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21/08/2026, I, Gemma Louise Blakemore, 12 Bank Road Chesterfield S41 7JT, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Gemma Louise Hall and assumed the name of Gemma Louise Blakemore.
