Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19/08/2026, I, Caitlyn May Dow, 10 Houghton Avenue Ilkeston DE7 9GA, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Caitlyn May Gillett and assumed the name of Caitlyn May Dow.
