Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20/08/2026, I, Jemma Anne Stevenson, 18 Berkeley Square Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 2JB, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jemma Anne Wilkinson and assumed the name of Jemma Anne Stevenson.
