1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that on 3rd September 2026 it made the above-named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 11th of September 2026.

2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to reduce the length of the Monday to Saturday 8am - 7pm 1 hour No return within 2 hours Parking and Disabled Persons’ vehicles bay outside Nos.180 to 186 Bowes Road by 9.5 metres at its north-western end to accommodate a 6.6 metre long At Any Time Charging of Electric Vehicles Only Max 1 hour no return within 2 hours with a 1.9 metre long charging infrastructure area at its eastern end. The adjacent No Stopping At Any Time (Double Red Line) restriction will be extended to reflect the change.

3. The road which would be affected by the Order is the A406 Main Road – Bowes Road in the London Borough of Enfield.

4. 5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
