A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Globex Cash & Carry Ltd (12321323) of Aviation House C/o Accounts Direct Admin, Kingsway, London WC2B 6NH, whose nature of business is (1) Development of building projects, (2) Agents involved in the sale of textiles, clothing, fur, footwear and leather goods (3) Wholesale of other intermediate products and (4) Information technology consultancy activities, presented on Friday 21 August 2026, at 17:52 by OLDHAM COUNCIL, of Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham OL1 1UT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on Tuesday 27 October 2026, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
