A Petition to wind up the above-named company of D & M Mechanical Ltd (15204474) of 117 Dartford Road, Dartford DA1 3EN, whose nature of business is 43220- Plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation, presented on Friday 14 August 2026, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 22 September 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
