NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 296 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Kirren Keegan and Paul Bailey have been appointed Joint Trustees in Bankruptcy of the above by the Secretary of State.

The Joint Trustees do not propose to summon a general meeting of the bankrupt`s creditors for the purpose of establishing a creditors` committee under section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A general meeting of the bankrupt`s creditors shall be summoned if such a meeting is requested by one of the bankrupt`s creditors with the concurrence of not less than one-quarter, in value, of the creditors (including the creditor making the request).
