The estate of Donald E Williams, 3 The Old School House, School Street, Port Ellen, Isle of Islay, and formerly at Distillery Cottages, Laphroaig, Port Ellen, Isle of Islay PA24 9DU, was sequestrated at the Court of Session, on Thursday 21 September 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Colin A F Hastings Esq CA, Messrs Hastings & Co, 13 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 1HY, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
