Notice is hereby given, as required by Legislation section: Rule 6.81 (4) of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1FF on 10 January 2012 at 11.00 am .

The Meeting has been summoned by the Joint Trustees for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee and if no committee is formed, fixing the basis of the Trustees’ remuneration and calculation of allocated disbursements.
