Notice is hereby given that I, Colin Nicholls, the Trustee of the above-named debtor, intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured Creditors from the last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not yet lodged a proof of debt in the bankruptcy must do so by 6 January 2012, the last date for proving, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. Proofs of Debt should be submitted to Colin Nicholls at RSM Tenon, Britannia Court, 19 Britannia Road, Worcester WR1 3DF and if so requested to me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.
