Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that it is intention of the Trustee to declare a first and final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the estate.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts are required to do so in writing to the Trustee at RSM Tenon, Britannia Court, 19 Britannia Road, Worcester WR1 3DF no later than 7 January 2012. The Dividend will be declared within two months of that date.
