Notice is hereby given, as required by Legislation section: Rule 6.81(4) of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1FF on 12 January 2012 at 3.30 pm .

The Meeting has been summoned by the Joint Trustees for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee and if no committee is formed, fixing the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration and calculation of allocated disbursements.
