The Right Honourable Hermione Countess of Durham died on 28 October 1990 and probate of her Will dated 19 October 1981 was granted to Gerald Grusin The Honourable John George Lambton and The Honourable Antony Claud Frederick Viscount Lambton as Executors and Trustees thereof on 24 January 1991 in the Principal Probate Registry.

NOTICE is given that all persons having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate or trusts established by the Will of the Right Honourable Hermione Countess of Durham (“The Will Trust”) are required to send particulars of such claim or interest to Farrer & Co LLP as solicitors for the Trustees at the address below on or before 22 January 2014, after which date the Trustees of the Will Trust may proceed to distribute the Will Trust’s assets having regard only to the claims of which written notice shall have been received by the Trustees, and the beneficial interests of whom they have knowledge.
