The Queen has been pleased by Royal Warrant bearing date 23 January 2014 to re-appoint Richard Scot Foster Esquire CBE as a member and chairman of the Criminal Cases Review Commission in accordance with the Criminal Appeal Act 1995 for a further period of five years commencing on and from 1 November 2013 until and concluding on 31 October 2018.
